1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of AXMDGTL or others.

2. Services and project scope

Specific deliverables, timing, responsibilities, fees, revisions, subscriptions and support terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order, statement of work or other written agreement. Estimates and timelines may depend on timely client approvals, access, content and third-party services.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, lawful content and timely feedback. Clients must have the right to use materials, trademarks, images, data and other content supplied to AXMDGTL. When supplied materials contain known AI-generated or materially altered people, voices, video or other synthetic media, clients should disclose that status and provide any relevant rights, consent or usage information reasonably requested for the project.

4. Fees and third-party costs

Fees and payment schedules are defined in the applicable agreement. Third-party services such as advertising platforms, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, printing, APIs or marketplace products may have separate charges and terms.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. AXMDGTL retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, know-how, templates and internal processes unless expressly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing content and intellectual property.

6. Third-party platforms

Some services depend on platforms controlled by third parties, including search engines, social networks, hosting providers, software vendors and advertising systems. AXMDGTL cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, rankings, reinstatement decisions, policy approvals or other outcomes controlled by those third parties.

7. Security and privacy

AXMDGTL applies security-by-design practices appropriate to the project. Clients remain responsible for their own organizational policies, authorized users, account credentials, legal obligations and regulated-data requirements unless those responsibilities are expressly assigned in writing. 8. AI-generated media and disclosures

AXMDGTL may use AI-assisted tools as part of approved creative, technical and operational workflows. AXMDGTL applies human review and, where applicable, provenance-aware handling and synthetic-media disclosures. Clients must not instruct AXMDGTL to remove or conceal a legally required disclosure, fabricate endorsements or reviews, or use a person's likeness without appropriate rights. 9. No guaranteed business outcomes

Marketing, search visibility, advertising, automation and technology services can improve systems and opportunities, but specific revenue, ranking, traffic, lead, review, conversion or platform-approval outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Project-specific warranties, remedies and liability limits are governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

AXMDGTL may update these website terms as services, technology or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by the last-updated date below.
